Laryngitis

I guess 4 years of medical school and 7 years or residency/fellowship learned me sumpin.

• I do have a cold. I predicted it. I can hardly speak. I don't feel really bad, but I know I am sick. Lung butter. Congestion. Cough.
• Busy at work.
• Leave for Dallas on Saturday
• Boss is on vacation in Hawaii which will double my load for a week.
